Casa Chiara is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. We welcome small groups of a max of 6 guests. Beautifully appointed with a fabulous kitchen and open plan dinning and lounge area. Washing machine available Unlimited wifi The space A baby cot and high chair are available on request, at an additional cost of €30 per week. It is a health and safety requirement that names and ages of all guests are provided prior to check-in. Please note that we do not allow large same sex groups to rent this villa. Guest access The villa is part of a small ongoing development of a small group of 8 detached and semi-detached villas. Casa Chiara is situated high up on the estate and can be seen immediately on the approach road. The family builders who own the Residence Dei Fiori are very respectful of the villa owners and the residents and keep everywhere as tidy as possible. There is a communal, unheated pool on the residence, which is available for guest use during the months of June - September (subject to covid restrictions). Other things to note If you would like an extra clean or linen and towel change during your stay, this is available at an extra charge. There is unlimited wifi usage at the villa.
