Magnificently appointed and all details attended to; all new furnishings, new décor and all other amenities; quiet and intensely private location; convenient to all amenities; secure; easily accessible for less able persons; private free parking; Internally, no steps; lot of space between furnishings; bedrooms are very large and lot of spare space. The space The house is easily accessible for disabled; 1/2 step at front entrance and no internal steps. All spaces are well proportioned with lot of extra space between furnishings and around beds. The main Bedroom is a 1.5 size of an ordinary bedroom, with lot of spare space. Shower access has no steps; shower heads can be hand held. All towels, shampoo and soaps are provided Very conveniently located to the parliamentary triangle and to the very centre of Canberra City. Easy and convenient access to all amenities including sailing on our famous lake, bike riding tracks, horse riding, local wine makers, Parliament House, War Memorial and many other attractions. Guest access House access is very easy; only a 1/2 step at the front entrance. The exit onto the timber deck is at level and without any steps. Showers do not have steps and generally there are no steps inside the house. For now, garage is not for use because we need it for storage. Other things to note We request the property be looked after as if it is yours; use all items in the house, however, tidy and put it away without damage. You will need to make own sofa bed in the living room; extra linen is located in the main bedroom's wardrobe. All that needs to be done is, move the coffee table to the right and next to the TV unit; pull out the sofa bed by straps - its so easy- even my disabled old lady did this on her own; and get linen from the walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom and use it. Please keep fly screen doors closed so insects do not freely go inside the house. Lock the place when going out or leaving.
