Situated in a pretty village with post office and shop at bottom of hill and two excellent pub/restaurants a 5 min walk away. One being the oldest pub in wales distilling it’s own beers, gins, vodkas. Also a large beer garden. Carmarthen is a 10 min drive. The space The annexe is a light filled accommodation in a peaceful location with only the birds outside making the most noise. There is a garden bench at the front of the property and weather prevailing, sun chairs, outside table and use of the barbecue. Guest access Parking space on front drive with side access to property. Space under cover for bicycles. Other things to note There is a post office/ shop at the bottom of the hill where you could get any emergency supplies, but the village of Crosshands and the town of Carmarthen are only 10 mins away either side, where you will find the main supermarkets to get larger supplies. Only a 5 min pleasant walk up the road, you will find two first class pub/restaurants, The Butchers and the White Hart, a thatched roof building with its own distillery and beer garden and which is the central attraction of the village. The Botanical Gardens of Wales with its picturesque lakes and grounds are worthy of a day out, with wonderful walking and different places of interest within and that is only a 5 min drive away. The Pembrey Country Park is a 20min drive with its vast stretch of beach with plenty of facilities and parks situated around it. The seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot are approx 50 min drive west for possible excursions. The Gower Peninsula is approx 30 mins east.
