The property is located in Santa Margherita Ligure, a beautiful town on the "Riviera di Levante", a few minutes on foot from the beaches and the center with all its attractions. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The space PAY ATTENTION: NO LIFT AVAILABLE TILL 31/01/2024. NOISE AND DUST IN THE BUILDING DUE TO WORKS IN PROGRESS MAY BE EXPECTED The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob - 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, toaster, juicer and kitchenware), sofa bed, 32 inch TV, dining table and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY with small table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Santa Margherita Ligure, equal to EUR 2 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 10 nights.
