3 BR Cottage in bush setting by sea

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats). The space Every room looks out on the garden, and each bedroom (except the attic) has french doors leading to outside. There is a grassy area which is great for children to play. There is plenty of off-road parking space. Guest access The entire house and extensive garden is yours and completely private. There is outdoor seating and tables for a barbecue or picnic. Entry to the house is by key from the key safe - we will supply the code. Other things to note A beautiful walk and cycle path along the edge of the sea leads into town in one direction. It leads to a beautiful cliff walk from which you can see seals and in season, occasionally whales. Continue on along the esplanade to historic Point Reeves with a beautiful view over the spit, where the first settlement in South Australia occurred - now occupied by large numbers of shore birds.
