Private swimming pool (14m x 7m, 1.5m deep) open mid April to October. A built in barbecue by the furnished outdoor dining area facing the pool for your al fresco meals with a view! The space LAYOUT Ground Floor: Main entrance into the hall Kitchen with fireplace and doors to one outdoor covered patio with table and chairs and parking area. Laundry with washing machine (free of charge - no detergent provided), ironing facilities. Living room with panoramic French doors opening to the outdoor furnished dining area and pool. 1 bathroom with shower. First Floor: Accessed via internal stairway (20steps) 1 double bedroom 1 bedroom with 2 single / joinable beds 1 bedroom with one single bed (can be made up as double) 1 bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have windows with panoramic views. Guest access The villa and grounds including the pool are for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note Included in the price: • Utilities (also including air conditioning / NOT including heating). • Tourist Tax • 1 change of linen every 7 days for multiple weeks including light cleaning. • 1 pool towel per person changed once a week for multiple weeks • Exclusive use of the pool • Final cleaning • Free usage of washing machine and ironing facilities in the villa • Wifi connection – fixed line high speed • Villa book with lots of information about the area: shopping, food, what to do etc... • Local assistance: in case of emergency NOT included and payable in cash in resort: Mandatory: • Security refundable damage deposit of 300Euro given to the owner on arrival. Given back on departure if no damage is done to the property. On request with a notice: • Heating – 8Euro/M3 – in cooler months you may need the heating. This is an extra and is payable on site in cash/deducted from your security deposit.
