There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost The space Villa Sittella is a beautiful 2 storey Limestone block stand alone unit that has it's own private driveway and parking area. It has been purposely built for hosting and has all the features you will need for a truly relaxing stay. The peaceful and serene atmosphere is appreciated by all who have stayed here. Take the time, relax and enjoy listening to the native birds. Spend your evenings looking up at a star filled night sky. Your hosts have added in a few city features like the blue and white LED lights that light up the driveway and surrounding bush from sunset to 11 pm when they automatically turn off. There is an amazing private executive spa in the private courtyard area off the bathroom that can be booked for your use while you are staying at Villa Sittella. The cost is $30 per day with a $200 bond paid upfront. This area also has blue and white LED lights and glow rocks set into the concrete so you can set a mood for your evening of relaxation. There is also a cedar barrel sauna available for hire at an extra hourly charge of $30 for 2 people. Extra people $15 per hour. seats 6. This is in a separate area so will need to be booked out. Beautiful and popular Lake Leschenaultia is only 800m walk away and it has a full day of activities offered from cycling or walking around the lake to kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake. You can make use of the free picnic areas and pack your own lunch or enjoy a meal or a snack at the Reflections cafe at Lake Leschenaultia. They are open every weekend and school holidays and run seasonally during the year. In our unit the two bedrooms are upstairs. Room 1 has the option of being 2x single beds or 1x King size bed. Room 2 is open plan and has a Queen size bed and two couches where you can relax and read, or look out of the double height windows into the native bush scenery. Both rooms have a wardrobe and a desk and chair. Downstairs has a sofa that transforms into a comfortable latex mattress double bed for those who cannot use the stairs or if extra bed is required. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet and is downstairs. We have a good kitchen area with Full size fridge and freezer, 4 x induction hot plates, microwave oven, benchtop oven, electric frypan, slow cooker crockpot, toaster and electric jug. There is a dishwasher for hassle free clean up after your meal. All eating and cooking utensils are provided. Enjoy your chosen daily activities and then spend the evening relaxing to the sound of the native bush. Warm up in front of the fire and watch a movie or TV, read a book, play some board games, or book out your own private spa area and/or sauna for the full relaxation package.l Guest access We are welcoming you onto our private 5 acre bush block residence but your unit has a fully separate driveway and parking area to ours. You have full access to enter and exit the property without disturbing us and we will respect your privacy during your stay. If however you are requesting help with anything we are available to assist at any time. Other things to note 1/ We are on tank water so we ask that you are conservative with water usage and careful not to leave water running unattended. 2/ The fireplace really warms the unit up nicely for our winter guests. We encourage you to bring along your own wood to burn or we do have pre-cut wood to purchase on site at a reasonable cost, once again depending on usage. The unit has a split system air conditioner if you choose not to use the log burner during your stay. 3/ You will have good coverage with Telstra and Optus and adequate coverage with Vodafone at villa Sittella.
