In the living room, there is a sofa bed with two separate twin-size beds (trundle bed) for additional guests. There is also a washer and dryer in the flat for any laundry needs that you may have. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and cookware. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining area, or take your meals outside to the private balcony and savor the urban views. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is just a short stroll or ride away. The apartment itself sits on top of the owner's garage on its own separate plot of land. There is a balcony where you can relax, as well as a fenced-in outdoor patio and lounge space. We take pride in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. From high-speed Wi-Fi, to included streaming apps, we ensure you stay connected. And with thoughtful touches of Nashville throughout the apartment, we strive to make your experience memorable. Guest access Guests have a unique passcode to access the apartment door entrance using a digital keypad. There is a private set of stairs that take you up to the above-garage apartment. There is a dedicated parking pad on the side of the garage where two cars can park. Parking is included with your stay. There is also access to a fenced-in yard on the right side of the garage where guests can relax and relieve any pets if needed. Other things to note Property Secured through Vivint Home Security. Pets are allowed for an additional $50 deep clean fee.
