Quiet in a charming area, House of 63 m2, . The beaches and the center on foot. The House is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, garden furniture and equipment). Possibility to rent overnight, weekends and weekdays. (Except during the summer week only) On the Floor : - A large room with 1 double bed 160 x 200 with views of the Fort la latte. On the ground floor : - A living room (possibility of double extra bed) - One Bedroom with bunk bed 2 beds 90 x 200 + 1 drawer bed - An equipped kitchen - A bathroom and toilet Outside : - At the front, possibility to bring the car - in the back, quiet courtyard without facing for quiet barbecues + a shelter (possibility to store bicycles, canoe or other equipment) - A deposit of 30% will be required for reservation + a deposit of €200 upon arrival. - City tax is 0.50€/night/per person. - The house is planned for 5 beds, a sofa bed is in the living room, 15€ /day per additional person. Possible options: - Housekeeping 40 €, ornaments 15€ /beds/per week.
