I would like to present a wonderful apartment located in Floridsdorf, 21st district, nearby to Vienna's city center. 20-30 minutes to center St. Stephans cathedral with public transfer. The space - calm neighbourhood - near the city (30 minutes public) - separate apartment - fully equipped kitchen - washing machine, hair dryer - Tv, Internet - garden - bikes to rent for free The place is ideally connected to Vienna's great public transport system: - 15 minutes to Uno City, Vienna International Center, Millenium Tower, Rivergate. - 10 minutes to subway station U1 or U6. Feel free to ask! *************** Neighborhood *************** Here is some information you might be interested in: - 5-10 minutes to tram, bus, subway and train stations U1, U6, (subway), 26, 25(tram), 29A (bus) S-Bahn (train) - 20 minutes’ walk to Danube Tower - 10 minutes’ walk to Donauinsel (Danube Island); it is an 21 kilometers island, great for walking, jogging, swimming, biking, roller-skating, and so on. every June, the biggest open-air concert of Europe with free entrée takes place here - 10 minutes to Kagran (big shopping mall) - 10 minutes’ walk to "Birner" next to old Danube lake very fine location for excellent food and drink (cookout), they also have very good ice-cream. - 10 minutes’ walk to "Angeli bath" next to Birner - 4 minutes’ walk to Mc Cafe / Mc Donalds - 20 minutes to the famous Viennas Ferris Wheel & amusement park "Prater" *************** Parking *************** Parking in Vienna is not free *************** Metro tickets *************** There are special 24, 48 and 72 hours tickets which are way cheaper than buying single tickets.
