- The house is for 2 adults but can accommodate 2 more children up to 2 years old (older children cannot be accepted). On the outskirts of the picturesque village of Artà, the 2-storey 'finca' Sos Fuyes is situated on a 16,000 m² property with mountain views. With its ultra-modern furnishings and minimalist décor, the 86 m² country house exudes an exquisite charm. Other things to note The cosy holiday home offers a comfortable living room, a very well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with a cooking island and 2 bar stools, an adjoining dining area, 2 cosy bedrooms, one bathroom and one additional half-bath and can therefore accommodate 2 people (and 2 children up to 2 years old). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a game console, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a furnished balcony and a large terrace with a dining area, a lounge area, recliners and a barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen. The absolute highlight, however, is the 30 m² pool, where a small waterfall splashes and provides for refreshment on hot summer days. Relax in one of the lounges while you enjoy the sunset and a delicious aperitif. Due to the ideal location of the property, you will enjoy a maximum level of privacy and yet you are still just 1.5 km or a 2-minute drive from shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Also the popular beaches and bays of the east coast are only 15 km from the accommodation. The nearest beach, Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere, is 11 km away - listen to the gentle sound of the waves, tan under the Mallorcan sun and spend unique hours with your loved ones! Please note that the property has a heat pump in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. To heat the bathroom, there is a small heater. If you book during the winter months when it is cold, we will activate the heating one or two days prior to you arrival so that the house is warm when you arrive.
