The space The heart of the house is lovely kitchen/living room for kip with fireplace. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace with evening sun and views of the bay. From the living room there is access to a cozy garden living room and huge well-suited garden with its own lake, sun nooks and shelter morning to evening. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The house is in tip-top condition and there is high quality in all aspects (furniture, beds, duvets, kitchen fixtures, TV with chromecast, Webergas grill, garden furniture). The house is within cycling distance to fantastic hiking and mountain biking routes as well as within driving distance to Odsherred's cozy harbor environments and past memories. Nature is shaped by the ice age with meandering hills and lovely beaches. A paradise for anglers and enjoyers of life. In the summer you can enjoy beach bar and gourmet food at LilleRo which is a 10-minute walk from the house. Other gourmet restaurants within driving distance are Dragsholm Castle and Mota at Annebjerg Kulturpark. Guest access The whole house and garden including terraces and pavilion. Other things to note Bed linen, sheets, towels, tea towels, dishcloths, etc. bring the tenant themselves. However, this can be rented for DKK 200 per set, and please order no later than 5 days before arrival. Electricity is registered by the tenant upon arrival and before departure. The electric panel is located outside the house to the left of the entrance door. The water meter is located outside the house to the right of the driveway. The rent does not include electricity.
