3 bedroom house with views of harbour only 8min walk to village,restaurants,cafes,shops, beach and wharf. Handy for tours to explore Northland and outer Bay. Walking tracks through the scenic reserve next door. Hear Kiwi at night. Linen supplied. No hidden cleaning fees added. We live in an apartment below the house but are often away. The space There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds. A third has 2 single sized beds. All bedrooms have insect screens. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, serving dishes and enough plates etc for stacking up the dishwasher. There is a barbecue and seating on the deck to enjoy the view. 3 heat pumps control temperature. The central bathroom has a bath with shower above. Main bedroom has ensuite with shower cubicle. Guest access You have the top floor to yourselves. There is a coded lockbox for the key. Other things to note We have no cleaning fee added in our price. Please leave the house tidy with dishes done. We supply all linen including beach towels. We advise very young children to keep off the wooden part of the deck. We have locks high on the sliding doors to stop infants from accessing it, plus we have a barrier we can put across by request . The concreted area with the table is safe for toddlers. The front gate can be latched to keep toddlers safe. The house is next to a reserve with endangered kiwi birds.There are webcams and nesting boxes in the bush. We have a strict no pets policy to care for these birds which are easily killed by cats and dogs. Please do not ask us if your pet can stay. Sorry, but we have no place to park boats on or in front of our property.
