Located in the heart of Seville, this beautiful duplex is split into two floors and has a private terrace to enjoy the sunny weather of southern Spain. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (can be set as a queen), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen as well as the living room area facing the street. On the second floor is the other bedroom with a queen bed, an on-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. There is also a shared terrace with a pool in the building. The space The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a microwave with grill, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment entrance is on the second floor. There is an elevator in the building, but the second floor inside the apartment is only accessible by stairs.
