Only 15 mins drive to the ski feild, with Tongariro crossing, mountain biking, walks and fishing all close by. Walking distance to cafes and bars. Sky TV, Wifi, movies, games incl The space There is also a small drying room to dry off all your wet clothes/gear. Boot room at front of house for jackets, boots, tramping/snow gear etc. House is a suntrap - positioned for all day sun. Back deck also has outside dining, and glass panels so is lovely and sheltered - with great sun. lockable shed has firewood, BBQ and more room for storage. Guest access Hard drive with heaps of movies, Sky TV, Wifi, board games and books to keep you entertained when you just want to chill out. There are heaps of awesome activities to do around the area - such as indoor rock climbing and mini golf within walking distance. Please note we have a security camera in the boot room/entrance monitoring the front door - there are no other cameras within the propery. Other things to note Plenty of off street parking available. Big section out front (not fenced) to kick a ball around, pitch a tent etc. All rubbish must be removed on check out- please note there is no rubbish collection in the park but there is a refuse station - see house info on back of front door for details. **If your looking for long term winter accommodation (e.g. Mountain workers), you may want to check out the local FB page, see last photo for details.
