"La Torretta", the balcony over the Como lake

Enjoy the front lake balcony and the large terrace close to the rock face as well as the amazing view over the lake. The cosy apartment has been completely renovated. It is ideal for couples, families and friends. The house is located in the first basin of Lake Como, great place to be near Como, Milan, Lugano and all the villages that are located on the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio... In 10 minutes by walking you can start hiking in the mountain. The space La Torretta is a beautiful apartment of about 50 sqm on a typical lake Como town, quaint and surrounded by quiet and peace set on the side of the lake sunny even in winter; on the back of the house a large terrace (20 sqm) close to the living room ensure relax and privacy. The stunning view of the front lake balcony (8 sqm) is accessed from the living room and from a bedroom. Over the lake you can enjoy the view of the famous old Villa Pliniana and the small and large boats in front of it, surrounded by the mountain scenery behind it. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a wash-machine. For our small guests there is a cot and a high chair. Other things to note CIR: 013044-CNI-00037.
