My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). A village house with beautiful views, a pool, and a very quiet area, 5 minutes from the center of the village. Located about 7 km from Palma Nova and about 8 km from Santa Ponsa where you can enjoy beautiful beaches and large supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas. About 35 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the port and the capital. Easy parking in front of the house, or on the terrace itself. The space The house is about 120 square meters. It is composed of 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning or heating, wide doubles with the possibility of adding a crib. A fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom equipped with a shower upstairs, a wide dining room with air conditioning or heating, a large front terrace. The back has a balcony about 10 meters long and 1 meter wide. Downstairs of the house is a large covered terrace of about 35 square meters and a solarium space with 1 full bathroom with a shower. It also has a charcoal barbecue. Very sunny house all day long. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Excluding a room located below the staircase that goes down to the covered terrace and garage. Other things to note The house has free Wi-Fi and national and international television in the dining room, and two bedrooms with national television only. Air conditioning or heating is included in the price per day. The eco-tax is €2 per person per day from the age of 16, which will be charged when you come to check in.
