In the heart of Padova, three minutes from the Duomo and five from the Piazze, in the quiet inner courtyard of an ancient noble palace of the 14th century, you can stay in this cozy studio with many comforts. Exposed beams, high ceilings, and Venetian flooring make for a refined and exclusive environment. Guests will be able to decide whether to have a double bed or two singles. The space The apartment, of 35sqm, newly renovated, has a kitchenette with induction hobs, a living area with sofa and TV, a service with washing machine. A large closet separates the sleeping area from the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and moka. Free WiFi, broadband, no traffic limits. On request paid parking space. Guest access Access from the courtyard inside the building. Other things to note At check-in, the keys will be delivered and guests' IDs must be recorded as per current regulations. The tourist tax (1 euro per day per person limited to the first 5 days of stay, excluding children under 16) (2.5 euros per day per person from July 1, 2024) is excluded from the rental fee and must be paid in cash on-site. The apartment is located inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) that regulates the historic center, accessible by car exclusively with the appropriate permission of the Municipality of Padua. I can offer several solutions for guests who arrive by car: 1. Free parking outside the ZTL, then walk about 100 meters from the ZTL border to get to the exact number. Solution at no cost. 2. There is an open parking space directly inside the building, 2 meters from the door of the apartment. The service is an extra, costs 15 euros per day and must be paid on site in cash only. This service includes the permit costs that, in this case, will cover the entire period allowing entry and exit from the ZTL 24 hours a day. Cleaning: In case of stays longer than 7 days, we offer a weekly change of sheets and towels that are delivered to the apartment at the same time as the collection of used ones. At the request of guests, we can schedule one or more general cleaning of the apartment at a cost of € 35.00 each, not included in the rent and to be paid on site. Cleaning can be arranged according to the guest's preferred cadence and is generally done in the morning. Notes: We can't offer any luggage storage service.
