Dimore Stefania are 2 recently renovated ground floor loft studio apartments, one called Suite Piazzetta and the other Suite Viuzza. Suite Piazzetta is a barrel-vaulted studio apartment with a double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The accommodation is about 180m from the main square of Polignano a Mare, 350m from the entrance to the old town overlooking the sea and about 400m from the beautiful town beach of Lama Monachile. Suite Piazzetta is a recently renovated ground floor loft studio apartment. Inside the house there is a kitchenette with 2 gas burners, sink, oven, refrigerator, table with chairs, washing machine, a bathroom with shower, and on the mezzanine there is a double bed. The accommodation has barrel vaults. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation) Check-Out: before 10am Cautionary Deposit: 100€
