BINALONG BAY COTTAGE Amazing views, great location

Binalong Bay Cottage is a tastefully decorated beach house, featuring two bedrooms both with king beds, two bathrooms, two living areas, and some of the best panoramic views of the beautiful Binalong Bay Beach and the World Famous Bay of Fires Coastline. Situated just a stones throw from the beach itself, the local restaurant, this is the perfect location to spend a relaxing holiday at one of the best beaches in Tasmania. The space Binalong Bay Cottage is ideally suited to two couples travelling together who would like their own private space, as it is split over two levels. There are two bedrooms, both have a king bed, ,and two bathrooms, one on each level. The upper level is open plan, featuring a lovely kitchen, dining area and living room which opens out onto a deck via large sliding doors. The kitchen has electric hotplates, and a clever microwave/convection/airfryer. Or you can fire up the gas Weber Q on this deck, and cook up a storm. A small laundry is hidden behind sliding doors and has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is on this level, and features a quality king size bed, commercially-laundered linen and an en-suite bathroom with modern shower head and complimentary toiletries. Here you can laze in bed in the mornings with privacy and wake up looking out over the water, and enjoy the views right up to Eddystone Point Lighthouse. A spiral staircase leads you down to the lower level. On this level you will find a second king size bedroom, which opens out onto its own private patio. Adjoining is a small bathroom. There is also a beautiful newly renovated sitting room on this level, with a modern fold-out single bed which can be set up for an extra guest upon request (at an additional charge). The sitting room also has sliding doors opening out onto a patio, where you can stroll along a path, down the landscaped steps, and straight down to the beach or restaurant, only a few meters away. Guest access Guests have sole use of the property, and can access the whole two storey beach shack. A short 50 meter walk has you in the ocean ! Other things to note The spiral staircase between the two levels is steep and not really suitable for young children or handicapped. However, as the house has everything on the upper level, and that can be accessed via a short ramp from the car park area, if a couple are sharing, they do not have to even use the lower level or spiral stairs, as the kitchen/dining/living/laundry and master bedroom with ensuite are all on the upper level.
