The advantage of this apartment is of course its geographical location, 2 steps from the lagoon. But in addition, on the ground floor you can enjoy its freshness and greenery. You can grill under the palm trees and relax in the shade of its veranda. A small gate allowing you to come and go through the garden, will allow you to enjoy this place as a small house. It is air-conditioned and fully equipped for 4 people: 4-burner induction stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators: one for your drinks and one for your food, TV with USB socket, hair dryer... with a double bed in each room, one with memory foam topper. Fiber optic internet connection for remote work and satellite channels :) The living room sofa is not convertible into bed and is not intended for sleeping Guest access A small path leads you to the lagoon where you can swim sheltered by the coral reef, discover the fish of Réunion but also enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the beach restaurant Le Planch'Alizé, where you can reserve mattresses and deckchairs, paddles and canoes... Or you can simply lie on the sand and sunbathe 😎 Other things to note We have set up a cleaning fee of €40 to be paid on site to Eve or Yann who will take care of welcoming you The latest improvements in the rental decor. Among other maintenance work, refreshing the paint, changing furniture such as the sofa, it is especially on the outside that I extended the concept of the BLEUDEMER rental already well present in the interior decoration. I removed the Mauritian blinds, replacing them with shading sails that clear the view and increase the impression of volume: the veranda and garden are now one :) Deckchairs also allow you to relax in the garden under the sails. I raised the entrance gate, which allows direct access to the garden via a small staircase, to bring it up to the level of the heather fence and extend the privacy. I made a lagoon fresco on the entire garden wall! This made it possible to gain space by the perspective created by the lagoon fresco. It also improves relaxation and escape by these shades of blue, in the theme of the holidays you come to seek at the edge of the Saline lagoon :) This view of water also suggests to our brain a pleasant feeling of freshness. The fresco is lit at night by solar lights to have an aperitif closer to the lagoon ;) I am the first to test these improvements and today when I have the chance to occupy the apartment, at sunrise, my first desire is to go and relax on the terrace :) Hope it does the same for you!
