Our apartment (ground floor) in an apartment building in Friedenstraße 49 was completely renovated in February 2019. The apartment is entered via a separate entrance, the parking lot belonging to the apartment (No. 1) is located directly opposite the front door. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living-dining-kitchen area, a shower room and a storage room and is designed for a maximum of 5 people. Bedroom 1 is equipped as a classic bedroom with a solid wood double bed and three-door wardrobe in oak. Bedroom 2 has solid wood beds made of beech wood with a total of 3 beds: a double bunk bed and a single bed (lying area: 0.90 x 2.00 m each). All beds are suitable for adults (loadable up to 130 kg). Each bed has its own reading lamp as well as a utensil bag for book, reading glasses, etc. A solid bookcase completes the room equipment. All sleeping places have pillows and a so-called four-season season blanket. The two-story (buttoned) blanket keeps nice and warm in winter and can be used in one layer in spring/summer. The bedrooms have been decorated with an oak laminate, all other rooms are tiled. The living-dining area is fully equipped with solid beech wood furniture. In the living area there is a modern TV and a radio CD player. A small selection of board games is in the highboard. The dining group includes a padded bench with a backrest that is not visible in the photos. The kitchen is functionally furnished, has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a separate, large freezer compartment, microwave, (filter)coffee machine, a "Bodum" coffee maker, kettle, toaster and the usual kitchen utensils. A small selection of spices (salt, pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, etc.) is available. In the storage room in the apartment, there is a baby high chair, the upholstery pads for the garden furniture, a drying rack, a basic set of cleaning supplies as well as a small supply of dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and zewashers. All windows can be darkened by an outdoor blind, the bedrooms have an additional insect protection. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. In the garden area, the terrace (16 sqm, west orientation, sunscreen available) invites you to linger. The apartment also includes a shed (# 1). There are the garden furniture, the barbecue as well as the children's scooter for shopping and beach trips. There is also space for setting bicycles. For everyday needs are within walking distance: Edeka supermarket, bakeries, various shops, a pharmacy as well as restaurants and cafes. There is a Netto supermarket about 2 km away. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed because the owner family is allergic to pet hair.
