'Les Chalets de Marie 23C' is a modern, light & spacious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment in la Chapelle d’Abondance, which is part of the Portes du Soleil ski area. It has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area (with small sofa bed), a double bedroom, a twin room, bathroom & toilet. It is comfortably furnished and the balcony offers amazing views of the mountains. There's also a fully equipped bicycle work room with tools, racks & storage for bike boxes, and a secure ski cave for skis/boots. The space Apartment details: Located on the 2nd floor, up 2 flights of stairs. Building is opposite a telecabine that gives direct access to the PDS ski area. Living room: 3 seat sofa bed (110cm wide when folded flat into a bed), x3 ‘easy’ chairs, widescreen TV, Apple TV, DVD player & selection of DVD’s, stereo, books, board games, free WIFI Open plan kitchen: Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee filter machine, toaster, fridge (with ice box), full supply of crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs/cooking utensils/pots/pans/Raclette etc Dining area: large dining table with x6 chairs, place mats & coasters Bedroom 1: x1 double bed with Silentnight memory foam mattress, x2 bedside drawers, x2 bedside lamps, x1 large chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer Bedroom 2: x2 single beds, x1 bedside drawers, x2 bedside lamps, x1 large chest of drawers Bathroom: bath with shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet Separate toilet Balcony with table & x2 chairs and views of the mountain behind. Hallway has a storage cupboard with extra hanging space, ironing board, hoover, mop etc. There's also a foam roller & yoga mat you're welcome to use, please wipe clean afterwards. We have converted our garage into a fully equipped bicycle workroom and storage space with full selection of tools, work stand, cycle racks & stands, track pump, washing/cleaning equipment, spare locks, car bike rack and plenty of storage space for bike boxes. If you're flying over for your holiday, putting your bike back together will be simple! Please be aware that we also use this space to store our own bikes. These are locked and are not available for guest use. (please do not use the garage to park your car, there’s lots of parking available around the outside of the apartment building) Lockable ski-storage on ground floor (all skis/boards/boots to be stored here) Electric heating: included in rental price All bed linen is included in the rental price. Hand towels/dish towels are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bath towels Wifi: Free Guest access The whole apartment is available for guests to use. Other things to note We will supply directions and access/key pick up instructions prior to your arrival. There is a mandatory cleaning & laundry fee of €100 per stay, which includes a full clean of the apartment when you check out and the laundry of all used bed linen, hand towels and tea towels (please bring your own bath towels)
