Hiking and cycling trails as well as restaurants, cafes and a bicycle rental are in the immediate vicinity. The fine sandy beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation home are the Kölpinsee and the coastal forest, which invite you to relax and take walks. Hiking and cycling trails as well as restaurants, cafés and a bicycle rental are also in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are available in Kölpinsee or Ückeritz. From the location of the vacation home, on the eastern shore of Lake Kölpinsee, you can quickly reach the approx. 10 kilometers away in the east and Zinnowitz in the west of Usedom. The stop of the Usedom Bäderbahn - Stubbenfelde - is a 10-minute walk and arrival by train is possible. The Achterwasser with its special flora and fauna is only 3 kilometers away, so you can not only quickly reach the white Baltic Sea beach, but also use the water sports facilities (paddling, motorboat, sailing and surfing).  The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people with three bedrooms on two floors and two separate bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped, separate kitchen with seating area, a cozy living room with open dining area and a bathroom with shower and sauna, from which you can directly access the large sun terrace. In the comfortable living room you can end the evenings in front of the fireplace, which is especially pleasant in the colder months. In addition, the combined underfloor and ceiling heating throughout the house provides pleasant warmth. The sofa bed offers space for 2 people like a double bed (sleeping area 1.75 m x 2.0 m). Upstairs you will find two separate bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a bedroom with two or four separate beds. This room can be ideally used as a children's room, as the beds can accommodate 4 people. The large bathroom with bathtub invites you to relax extensively. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. A highlight of the house is the large well-kept garden with meadow and large terrace facing south and west. Whether for barbecuing or relaxing under the umbrella, you can spend the day here. Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard, one under the carport and another on the fenced property. Also a lockable bicycle room in the carport.
