"Les 3 marmottes" 4* chalet, 12 people, jacuzzi

Our family cottage located on the family hamlet of Chavonnes commune of Courchevel, is the ideal base for skiing, cycling (Departure Col de la Loze nearby) and hiking enthusiasts. For Brides-les-Bains spa guests, the city center is less than 500 m walk away. In winter you are close to the slopes either by the free Courchevel shuttle or less than 400 m from the Olympe cable car which takes you directly to the slopes of Méribel in the heart of the 3 Vallées. The space The "Les 3 Marmottes" chalet is a new, modern and comfortable chalet. Summer/Winter Located in a village nestled just above Brides-Les-Bains. The town is connected to Courchevel, which you can reach with the free shuttle that passes through the hamlet and takes you to Courchevel le Praz at the start of the slopes. You are a 400-meter walk from the Olympe cable car in winter to reach the 3 Vallées slopes in 25 minutes from Méribel center and reach the entire 3 Vallées area. (No tracks at the hamlet or cable car level.) You have to either go to Courchevel Le Praz or to Méribel with the Olympe cable car to put on your skis, the climb takes about 25 minutes. For people with cars you will need: 15 minutes to Courchevel Le Praz. 30 minutes to Courchevel 1800. And about 20-25 minutes to reach central Méribel or central Courchevel, and their many winter and summer sports activities. For summer: Cyclists are very close (less than 1 km) to the starting point of the Col de la Loze from Brides-les-Bains. We are also less than 20 minutes from Champagny and Pralognan-en-Vanoise and their magnificent hikes. About the Chalet: Our services include in winter and July/August, bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, beds made on arrival) and towels. It is therefore important to respect the number of people (adults + children) when booking. Options during your stay to request when booking: Use of the Jacuzzi is extra and to be paid after booking and before the stay: (250 euros) We prepare it for you and fill it on arrival. Cleaning at the end of the stay is not included and is not optional. We do not ask for complete cleaning, we ask for minimal cleaning of floors, bedrooms, living room, clean kitchen, dishes done and put away, garbage cans emptied. We take care of cleaning the bathrooms. See the details in the house rules and the amount of the penalty if the minimum cleaning is not done. The Chalet has a large terrace, with barbecue, Brazier, a comfortable living room with TV, a Wii console, DVD player, an open and fully equipped kitchen. A ping pong table and trampoline are available outside the winter period. During the thermal spa period in Brides-les-Bains you can rent our chalet for 3 weeks (April-June and September-October Only). Contact us. Amenities of the Chalet les 3 Marmottes: There is a washing machine and dryer. DVDs are available under the TV cabinet. Internet access with Wi-Fi in all rooms. A Bluetooth speaker to listen to music from your smartphones is also available in the living room. 2 Raclette and fondue sets available on site. For babies we have 2 baby beds, 1 bathtub, 1 changing table and a high chair. For a pleasant and sporty stay, an exercise bike is also at your disposal (Treatment period). Level 2: Kitchen, living room, toilet, double bedroom with bathroom (shower) Level 3: 3 bedrooms + Bathroom (shower and bathtub and toilet) + Office Bedroom 1: 1 double bed: 160 x 190.0 cm Bedroom 2: 1 double bed: 160 x 200 cm Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm Bedroom 4: with 1 double bed: 160 x 200 cm and 1 single bed 90 x 190 (with pull-out bed same size 90 x 190 for child) Bedroom 5: with 2 double beds: 160 x 200 cm The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker (small capsules), kettle... Parking, you can park up to 3 cars in front of the garage of the house. Garage access is not included in the rental. It's private. In winter, renting a ski locker in Brides-les-Bains, Courchevel Le Praz or Méribel will allow you to leave with your boots on. You are close to the ski slopes either by the free shuttle of Courchevel Le Praz departure from the hamlet, or less than 400 meters on foot by a hiking trail from the Brides Olympus cable car which will take you directly to the foot of the slopes of Méribel Centre. If you prefer driving, you can reach Brides in less than 5 minutes and most parking lots are free in winter. By car, you are halfway to Courchevel and Méribel Centre. Our preference is the Olympe cable car in Brides-les-Bains, which takes you to the slopes of Méribel Centre in about 25 minutes. Use of the Jacuzzi. (Optional 250 euros) It will be prepared on the day of your arrival and can be used 24 hours later, the time it takes to warm up. (Its use is on request and for an additional fee because for health reasons we have to empty the 1600 L, we clean it and fill it during each new stay). You will need to follow its rules of use to keep it clean as it will not be maintained during your stay. We hope you have a wonderful holiday with us. Options: Use of the Jacuzzi. Other things to note Access to the cable car that leads to the heart of Méribel is very easy in 5 minutes by car (free parking) or on foot (400 m). The Cure de Brides-les-Bains is a 5-10 minute walk or 5 minute drive away (free parking in Brides near the spa site)
