The totally walled three thousand m2 garden offers ample space and a variety of cosy spots to relax. The big sunny pool terrace has a spectacular view on the mediterranean sea. The bar/outdoor kitchen is centrally located forming the connection between the main house the guesthouse and the pool with its terraces. On the ground level the main house offers a big entrance, two seating areas, a dining area, a spacious well equipped kitchen and a patio in the shade of the big avocado tree. On the first floor are five double bedrooms with individual beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating as well as ceiling fans. Three bedrooms have an individual bathroom and two share a bathroom on the same floor. Three bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the hills of Calafell and you will be surprised about the beauty of the sunsets. The separate guesthouse is located on the same terrain and has its own character. It has three double bedrooms all with airconditioning/heating and fans. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and the third bed room has its own bathroom. Note that only the bedrooms have air conditioning. The premise exists out of two adjacent and joined terrains, one in Segur de Calafell and the other in Cunit. Both have their rental license in vigor. Bell Niu Private Resort rents out both premises at the same time constituting one piece of ample enjoyable space. Other things to note The Bell Niu Private Resort is a fantastic place and it is located in a residential area so we have to take into account the wellbeing of our neighbors. This means that the noise (music and voice) level after 23PM really has to be reduced.
