The cedar house

The cedar of Lebanon in the garden seems to touch the clouds while the changing waters of Lake Iseo merge with the sky. You could spend hours admiring the landscape from the window of the room listening to the sound of Nature... a bit like my grandfather Marco did in the 60s. He lay down in the green grass to take a nap (the house wasn't there yet^^) and thought that it wouldn't be bad to build a house with a big garden to enjoy the landscapes of this secondary lake in northern Italy... The space La casa del cedro is a bright apartment (90 mq) equipped with two bed rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an amazing view. The apartment has a fire extinguisher, gas and carbon monoxide detector and first aid kit. The apartment is located on the first floor. (This common spaces are shared with the other rented apartment^^) And from Summer 2024 you can play table tennisor with rackets or organize table tennis challenges! Other things to note From your apartment window you'll have the best lakeview of the hole house. You can use our private parking and walk to the center of town or to the lake easily. At Riva di Solto on the lakeside, you can have a bath in the lake (2 km from our apartment by car, 20 min descent on foot). We have a cute dog who lives in our apartment with us and when we are present, it is always under our control. It is called Nala and sometimes you can meet her in the garden! She's sweet and independent, not aggressive at all. She loves socializing and if you also have a dog we'll be happy to accommodate him. There are so many outdoor spaces and I'm sure it won't be a problem to share them. From 1 April 2018, in the municipality of Riva di Solto, the tourist tax of € 1,5 will be applied for each overnight stay. The fee will be requested at your arrival. When you fill your bin or bag (_yellow one for the plastic or red one for unsorted waste or organic one), you can take it all to the little terrace under the olive trees (exit the blue door, go forward and turn right!).
