As a part of the renovation and typical of Bravos Boyz style we used highly polished concrete counters in the kitchen as well as both bathrooms. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances as well as all new and fully equipped cookery, dishes and glassware. The style is contemporary and comfortable with sofas from West Elm. The house offers both inside and outside living rooms both with exceptional ocean views. From the main terrace you can see,hear and smell the ocean while relaxing in comfortable out of doors furniture. There is a terrace on the back of the house that is excellent for barbecuing. Sea Breeze is fully secure and is entered by electronic and remotely controlled gate. The fully fenced yard is well maintained with blooming bougainvilleas, Coco Palm, Adornedia palms, corn plants, Aloe, Bananas, a lime tree, Dracenas and towering Schefleras.
