Aintree Cottage: Swan Valley Quiet & Comfortable

Country living so close to the City! Aintree Cottage (circa 1910) is a private, self-contained cottage set amongst the gum trees, nestled in the heart of the Swan Valley. Aintree is about 25 minutes from Perth CBD and 15 minutes from Perth Domestic Airport. This beautiful cottage is perfect for families, small groups and couples. Whether you are attending a wedding or event in the Swan Valley, escaping for a break with your family and friends - Aintree is the ideal place for everyone. The beautiful River Gum trees and kookaburras singing away, are the perfect background for any escape. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and love being able to share our slice of the Swan Valley with you. Please note - whilst we have animals on the farm at varying times, Aintree is a working farm, not a farm stay as such. You are welcome to visit the sheep ( if on the property), chickens and kangaroos. We welcome all enquiries and look forward to assisting you with your stay. Aintree cottage boasts plenty of space: -Room 1: queen bed -Room 2: queen bed -Room 3: single bed & mattress pull out -Room 4: queen bed -Luxury double bathroom -2 toilets -Powder room -Large lounge/dining room with reverse cycle heating/cooling -Sitting room with pot-belly stove (guests to supply own wood) -Fully equipped kitchen -Outdoor entertaining under pergola -Undercover parking for 2 cars -Lawned areas - Undercover BBQ area -2nd Bathroom - OUTSIDE -Fire pits Sleeps 7 guests comfortably. A port-a-cot or adult mattress is available to accomodate the 8th guest. If you are needing accommodation for more than 8 guests you may add on one of our four dormitory rooms (sleeps 4 per room) to your booking. Booked per room not per person. We also need to be advised prior for insurance purposes due to having vendors onsite. *Please ensure you read our rules before booking Aintree – honesty is key! Guest access Guests will have access to the cottage, BBQ area and outdoor spaces. Staff may be on the property working from time to time. Sheds and stable are off limits to guests. Other things to note *Guests are unable to bring pets as there are other animals on the property. *Fire wood for the pot-belly/fire pit is to be supplied by the guest. *There is no wifi at the Cottage. * Children 12 months and over are to be included as a child guest. *Check in and check out times are strict due to cleaning. *Please ensure you discuss your plans with us to avoid any misunderstanding. *The house cannot to be used to entertain additional guests. *The number of guests staying must not exceed the number of guests booked. *Paddle pools, slip and slides and water balloons are not to be erected or used on any part of the property. *Motorbikes are not to be brought onto the property. The paddocks are off limits to guests. *Balloons, streamers, poppers, sparklers are not to be used outdoors at Aintree Cottage. * Music is to be kept to a low level at all times. Music is to be turned off outside by 9pm. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. *Be respectful of the surrounding neighbours at all times. Noise travels in such a quiet place. If a complaint is made by a neighbour, your stay maybe terminated. *The dormitories may possibly be booked by another guest. This will depend on the booking and doesn't usually occur.
