In a beautiful setting with the most amazing 360o views of lovely rolling French countryside. In the summer the fields around the house are normally planted with sunflowers. Close to the lovely village of Saint Severin and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne categorised as one of the most beautiful villages in France just 6km away with lots of shops and restaurants, weekly market, central square asa well as river canoeing, paddle boarding, golfing, cycling hiking. Dordogne, Bordeaux Bergerac Perigueux all near The space The house is half of a typical French farm barn with 360o views of the beautiful Charante country site. Next door is also a holiday home and no part of it over looks our house there is lots and lots of room. A long lane leads from the local road to the house through the fields, if your lucky it will be sun flowers. All rooms have beautiful views of the country side. With the most amazing sunsets over the private pool Guest access You have full access to the house, rear, front and side of No 1 L’Etang. Our neighbours area is everything to the rear front and side of No 2 L’Etang. Our parking is under the large walnut tree to the right as you reach the house.
