A beautiful rural Cheshire farmhouse with excellent connectivity. Ideal area for walking/cycling with Tatton Park on the doorstep and Dunham Massey and Tabley House just a 10 minute car journey away. Whether it is a family holiday, a stay with friends or just the perfect couples retreat Birkin Farm offers the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. All of the cottages are dog friendly with many public footpaths locally. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF A 4 NIGHT STAY AT BIRKIN. The space This property comes with a spacious private garden including a small rope swing hanging from the beautiful copper beech tree. We also have a swing and slide play area for children in the side garden. Tables and chairs are provided outside too for those Summer evenings. 4 bedrooms are available 1 double room 3 twin/double rooms 1 sofa bed is also available downstairs (separate from the sitting room so can be made private) All of the Tatton Group properties are 'of an age', one even dating back to the 13th Century, whilst renovated with modern creature comforts, they do all have some of the quirks found in older countryside properties and that come with countryside life. All of our properties have either freeview or freesat TV's Guest access Whilst you do have the property to yourselves during your stay, we do close off bedrooms which are not required for the amount of guests booked to stay. Other things to note Extras Logs for the Fire are available – £5 per sack. We do consider bookings of less than 7 nights but they will incur a premium and will normally only be accepted within 2 months of your stay. Due to expansion of the airport you can sometimes hear noise from aircraft depending on the weather/wind direction
