It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The house combines traditional Mallorcan style with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It features a cosy dining area, a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining area. The property accommodates up to 5 guests and has 3 bedrooms: one single bedroom, one twin bedroom and a main bedroom with a double bed. There is also a full bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as an additional toilet. Outside, you will find a spacious and well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. The covered terrace, with its outdoor dining area and barbecue, is ideal for enjoying meals and dinners al fresco while taking in the peaceful countryside views. The property also offers private parking and is just a few minutes from the centre of Manacor, where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
