L'AVANT-SCENE GITE / LARGE PLEASANT HOUSE

Our place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). It is located in the heart of a pretty southern village. It is a renovated house with 8 beds benefiting from modern and comfortable equipment. It has 4 beds in 140 and 1 baby bed. Pretty little village in Lodévois, typically southern (600 inhabitants). Close to major tourist attractions (Lac Du Salagou, 5 Cirques including Mourèze, Navacelles...; Saint Guilhem le Désert, Grotte de Clamouse; Causse du Larzac...) The space Our house is very spacious (150 m²); the rooms are pleasant to live in; it feels good even if there are many people. Guest access The whole house is available for guests, as well as the terrace and inner courtyard. Other things to note Note to our future tenants The COVID-19 epidemic: we will ensure rigorous cleaning of our cottage by following the health recommendations. The maintenance person will take care to ventilate and circulate the air in the cottage during and after cleaning for 8 hours. In this regard, check-in will be between 4pm and 8pm, checkout by 10am at the latest. Bedding and blanket covers are changed after each stay, as usual. Frequently touched surfaces (tables, chairs, handles, switches, remotes, desk, toilet, sinks, washbasins...) will be cleaned and disinfected after each stay. You will have at your disposal hydroalcoholic solution, wipes, household cleaners. We hope you enjoy your vacation in our cottage.
