Leisure in the cottage: swimming pool, table tennis, ball games and in the village: tennis, marked hiking and mountain biking trails, 12th century church... Nearby: river swimming, canoes, climbing, tree climbing, paragliding, caving, Pont d'Arc, Chauvet cave, Chassezac and Ardèche gorges. The space This house was a farm that, at the owner's discretion, was modified and renovated while retaining the original structure. The owners live in the Mazeraie area; they maintain this cottage and will welcome you. Guest access Guests will have access to both floors of the house, the west terrace on the ground floor, the east terrace on the first floor, parking and the 700 m2 plot containing the private pool and its beaches, some fruit trees and spaces to play (ping pong, ball). The technical room is not accessible. The pool is private and unheated.
