Full sea view from the ground floor to the upper floor, from the terraces and the garden. No overlooked views. Enclosed garden and parking. Large wooden terraces (southwest, west, northwest) sheltered from the prevailing winds. Gently sloping beach 200 m in front of the house. Located on the GR34 hiking trails and the V5 / V45 cycle paths of Brittany's coastline. Renovated in 2014 Sleeps up to 10 people. 10 real beds (no sofa bed). 4 bedrooms upstairs: 2 double beds (140cm + 160cm), 2 twin beds (80cm) that can be joined, 2 single beds (90cm). 2 work tables/desks in 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed (160cm), direct access to the ground floor bathroom. 2 separate toilets. 2 bathrooms (2 walk-in showers), 1 single sink on the ground floor, and a double sink upstairs. Large living area on the ground floor (2 lounges, open-plan kitchen). Functional and equipped kitchen for 10 people. Laundry room. Garden with lawn, hedges, flowerbeds. Small shed for storing outdoor equipment, bicycles, etc. BBQ, deckchairs, 2 large parasols. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after returning from the beach. Parking for 3 cars. Parking available for a semi-rigid boat (Zodiac type). 4 bicycles are available for loan for local errands (not suitable for long-distance excursions!). High chair, travel cot, and baby bath are available. Wood stove. A few children's books and games. Wi-Fi access and remote working are available. Sheets provided, beds made upon arrival. Kitchen utensils and tea towels. End-of-stay cleaning included. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are available for cleaning during your stay. Self-check-in possible (key box). Before your arrival, we will provide you with a short welcome guide to the house (house amenities, shops, nearby tourism, etc.). Sales of the day's coastal catch, several farmers' markets, and nearby shops. Concarneau and Pont-Aven are 15 minutes away, Quimper is 35 minutes away, Lorient is 40 minutes away, Brest is 1 hour 15 minutes away... Personal vehicle recommended. Access by train: Quimper and Rosporden Airport: Brest and Nantes. The house is smoke-free: the outdoor space is so much more pleasant!
