We have thoughtfully designed this space to be the perfect, stress-free home base for your family vacation or business trip. A Unique & Generous Layout: Unlike typical apartments, our space boasts two separate living areas, providing ample room for your group to either gather together or enjoy their own personal space. Main Living Room: The perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, featuring comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV with a satellite receiver for entertainment. Second Living Space: This versatile area offers additional seating, creating an ideal nook for reading, planning your day, or simply unwinding. Rest & Recharge in Total Comfort: We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in our three private and quiet bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (The Royal Room): Features a luxurious King-sized bed and ample closet space. Bedroom 2 (The Queen's Room): Offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed. Bedroom 3 (The Family Room): Exceptionally spacious, this room contains two Double beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together. The apartment includes one full bathroom and a convenient separate powder room (1.5 baths total) to easily accommodate your group. Your Home's Complete Amenities: To ensure a seamless stay, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full meal, complete with a fridge, stove, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary cooking utensils. Convenient Laundry Area: A dedicated space with a washer, iron, and ironing board. Stay Connected: High-speed Wi-Fi/Internet is included. All Essentials Provided: We supply fresh sheets, fluffy towels, and all the basics for your arrival. We have taken care of every detail so you can focus on enjoying your time in Cairo. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment, including the kitchen, laundry area, and both living rooms. It is exclusively your space to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Passport/ID Requirement: Please note that per local regulations in Egypt, all non-Egyptian guests are required to provide a copy of their passport upon check-in. Egyptian nationals may be asked to provide a national ID and marriage certificate. This is a legal requirement for all hotels and holiday rentals. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, we enforce a strict no-party and no-event policy. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoke-Free Property: This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property to ensure it stays fresh and clean for all our guests. Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. We will do our best to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out, but this is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Local Context: As we are located in a vibrant residential neighborhood in Cairo, you may occasionally hear the call to prayer from nearby mosques. Many of our guests find this to be an authentic and memorable part of the local cultural experience. Utilities: The apartment is equipped with modern amenities. We kindly ask that you be mindful of your electricity and water usage by turning off lights and air conditioning units when you are out of the apartment.
