Close to all amenities. The house is new (never inhabited), it has just been completed as well as the 8m x 4 m swimming pool. Very well arranged and made with high quality products. The whole house is air-conditioned and allows you to enjoy the sun during the day, have a pleasant sleep at night and not suffer from the summer heat. The pool is maintained throughout your stay by the owner. If you wish, you can take care of it, the instructions and specific products will be provided to you. The rental is from Sunday to Sunday during the summer period with a minimum duration of 7 days. For weekends and specific spring and fall holidays, possibility to adjust the duration. The owner provides 2 other houses in Sablet (10 km from Vaison). Guest access The house, garden and pool are integral parts of the rental. Only for the occupants of the house. Parties not allowed.
