Villa Oasis, Palma Bay

Here you will find a quiet and private oasis while Palmas city pulse is ten minutes away. This villa was renovated and has marvelous views to the Palma Bay. There is a very well cared garden with many terraces and tables to find the perfect spot to have your morning coffee.. or a chilled glass off wine ! The house is fully equipped for 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom (3 are en-suite) The space On the ground floor: you will find first the large living room with opened doors to the terrace. The living room has a subtle Art Deco inspiration, very colorful with a modern touch surrounded by sunlight. On the way to the kitchen, there is a little office/ TV room (with cable). The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchen island and a dining table – perfect from getting together in the kitchen from breakfast to dinner. There are two dishwashers, two ovens, refrigerator and freezer with ice machine. There is just next to the kitchen a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble-dryer in a machine room. On the upper floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms, well separated from the social areas downstairs. Upstairs, there are 3 bathrooms with shower. 2 bedrooms are on suite and the one with the office space as the bathroom across the corridor. The main bedroom as a balcony with stunning views on Palma Bay. The two other bedrooms share a terrace that has a little table for relaxing moments. All the bedrooms have AC. Pool house: Just next to the pool we find the guesthouse. There is a large room, with a desk, small kitchen, full shower bathroom and sofa with views to the pool so guests can stay comfortably during their visit. Outside: You will find many outdoor spots, tables and chairs to enjoy your time at the house. There are water fountains within the garden. You will experience peaceful moments within this urban jungle of olive trees, herb garden, Jasmin, bouganvillier and tranquility. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and sun loungers for 8 people.
