Please Note: 1) Initial pricing is for 1-2 people using the main bedroom only. 2) The 2nd bedroom is opened up, when the first 2 people need separate bedrooms. In this case, the booking needs to be made for 3 people. This is to activate AirBNB's booking system for the extra bedroom 3) If 3 people require the main bedroom Queen bed (1-2 people) and 1 single bed then the booking needs to be made for 3 people. Minimum 2 night stays, and 3 nights minimum, during the Christmas peak time period. Note: 1) If only 2 people are staying they are given the apartment as a one bedroom. Guest access The Wing Apartment. Guest are welcome to walk around the gardens, use the swimming pool by request during Nov-Feb and "The Wing" outdoor BBQ and seating area. Other things to note There is no weekly discount between Dec 20th 2024 to January 18th 2025 Swallow Gardens is 12 minutes away in Rangiora from supermarkets, shops, cafes, cinema, and many popular cafes. From time to time there are sheep grazing on the rear paddock.
