Tsugumi-an is conveniently located in downtown Kanazawa! The guesthouse includes free Wi-Fi, and features two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (with microwave, rice cooker and refrigerator), a bathroom with bathtub, a flat-panel TV, a washing machine for laundry, a hair dryer, and more. Nearby, you’ll find lots of great restaurants in the Katamachi district of downtown Kanazawa. There is a free parking space nearby (30-second walk) from the guesthouse. The space The guesthouse has five single beds, as well as four futon sets (traditional Japanese bedding placed on the floor) that can be used in shared areas, allowing groups of up to nine to stay here overnight. The bath, toilet, and kitchen have been renovated, and replaced with brand new fixtures. The large dining room is perfect for mealtimes, even with large groups. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, hair dryer, cookware and utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and other tableware. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any and all of the amenities provided, but please do not use the consumable items (such as cleaning goods) in the storage space. Other things to note Reservation of children Children aged 5 and under can stay for free if they sleep in the same bed with an adult. Towels and toiletries are not provided for children who are staying for free. We can only provide the number of beddings according to the number of guests. The fees will be determined based on the number of guests, so we kindly ask for your understanding. If you would like to arrange this, please mark them as 'Infant' when making your reservation. For children aged 6 and above, adult rates will apply, so please select 'Adult' for them in the guest count. Please note that the age categories set by AirBnB may differ from our policy, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Smoking All parts of the guesthouse are non-smoking. However, there is a smoking area provided outside the guesthouse. Check-in The whole guesthouse is rented out to guests, so we don’t have a full-time staff member at the guesthouse. On the day you arrive, a member of our staff will go to the guesthouse to meet you there for check-in. Please let us know when you will arrive at the guesthouse, at least one day ahead of time, so that we can arrange a meeting time. Amenities We provide bath towels and face towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers, tea, and coffee. (Please note, that we do not change towels everyday.) • Feel free to use any and all of the guesthouse amenities while you’re here, but please do not take towels or other items with you when you leave. • Please don’t hold parties or be loud at night.
