Charming gite with private heated pool

Ex-workshop of cooperage, now transformed ! you will be seduces by the restoration done, mixing modern comfort to old charm. The house is perfect for families reunions and groups of friends. The space Fitted kitchen with a central island, adjoining diner room attenante and living room. The first bedroom is on the ground floor (accessible for person with reduced mobility) with adjoining bathroom and toilets. The 4 others bedrooms are on the first floor. 2 badrooms whose one is private. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be (14€/bed and 8€/person for towels). The area of the garden is 2400m², enclosed (however be careful with little dogs). Garden furniture, table tennis table. Swimming pool (12x4m) secured by an alarm and opened from May to September, deckchairs and shower. You have everything to have a stay that will be, we hope, very enjoyable even unforgettable ! This is our wish. Guest access All the house is yours. Other things to note WATCH OUT: sheets and towels are nor included, but are optionals ! Sheets: 14€/bed Towels : 8€/person On summer (July & August 2023) renting only from Saturday to Saturday.
