Kalathos Summer House

Summer house in Kalathos village near Lindos with stunning sea view and outdoor whirlpool. The summer house is set over two floors and is situated in the village of Kalathos with stunning panoramic views to the amazing blue sea at Kalathos beach and Masari bay. Only a 5 mins drive from historic Lindos. The space The house is fully refurbished with all modern facilities. The front door opens to a lovely fully equipped kitchen with dining table seating two, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, micro wave and dishwasher. A few steps lead down to the open plan dining/living area with comfy corner sofa, coffee table, large flat screen smart TV, dining table seating 6 and a sofa bed. There is direct access from the living room to the large furnished terrace with whirlpool and stunning views over the surrounding area and out to the sea. The terrace is furnished with a relaxing sofa set and two sun loungers. On this floor there is also a small bathroom with shower enclosure. From the kitchen a staircase leads to the upper floor comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, large storage room and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure. Direct access to a private furnished balcony with incredible view to the sea. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and a large balcony facing the courtyard. Outside in the courtyard next to the kitchen is a large dining table with umbrella and a brick built bbq with sink for creating unforgettable barbecue dinners. There is private parking for one car in the carport. The house has many steps and levels and is therefore not suitable for persons with restricted mobility. Please also be aware that we have no safety gates on the staircases so small children should never be left unattended. Other things to note We provide you with beach towels - one less thing to pack! The whirlpool is 220 x 200 cm - depth 80 cm. The house is cleaned for your arrival and a spare set of linen and towels is also provided. Registration Details 00000554922
