Ideal for multiple families, 3-generation holidays or a good alternative with colleagues for "a business brainstorming session in a cabin on the moors". Central in the Netherlands: 45 min.-Amsterdam, 10 min.-Harderwijk and 30 min.-Utrecht. The bungalow park is very spacious and features a swimming pool (summer months), 2 tennis courts and jeu de boule court. Shops 5 km. The space Detached house with on the ground floor 3 bedrooms, each for 2 persons, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and in the hall a separate toilet. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, filter- coffee maker, a Lòr espresso machine for coffee capsules, kettle, oven/microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are provided in the utility room. Also on the ground floor a large dining table and a sitting area adjacent to the very spacious garden with terrace. On the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs in the hall, there are 3 x 2-person bedrooms (2 bedrooms very spacious!),Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Safety box available. There are 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a baby bath and box available on request for the very young guests. Ideal as a vacation home for multiple generations. There is parking for 3-4 cars at the property. Common outdoor swimming pool, only open in the summer months, is located about 150 meters from the house. (We try to open the swimming pool in the park from June to about mid-September. (The period of opening/closing of the swimming pool is weather dependent) Guest access Guests of the park can use a communal outdoor swimming pool in the spacious park for free during the summer months. There are also 2 tennis courts and a jeu de boules court. For the guests of the park, a swimming pool can be used free of charge during the summer months on the spacious bungalow park. There are also 2 tennis courts and a petanque court. Other things to note The house is not rented to people/groups who hold/organize noisy and/or drinking parties! In order to book, the average age must be at least over 25 years. Car necessary! Downtown/stores: Zeewolde 5 km Under no circumstances are drink/drug parties or other things that cause nuisance allowed!!! So no nuisance for local residents. No music (carriers) allowed outside!!! - Fireworks prohibited! - Quiet in the park between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.!!! - Smoking only allowed outdoors. - Visitors are only allowed after approval by the owner/host If this is not met, immediate eviction will follow without refund! - We do not rent to employees.
