It can accommodate up to 8 people, in 4 stylishly furnished bedrooms. The space Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2014 and converted into a low-energy house. It is new, modern and very well equipped. The modern and comfortably furnished holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people. Of course, TV and Wi-Fi are available. A safe for your valuables is also built in. Pets only on request. Our house is a non-smoking house. On 160 square meters you will find 4 separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and dressers or closets. Two of our bedrooms have starry ceilings, which provide a cozy ambiance. 2 bathrooms, each equipped with shower, toilet and hairdryer. A washer and dryer can be found in the bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as an induction stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, mixer, stirrer, egg cooker, spices, etc. In the living room, a large panoramic window allows views of nature. TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2, games collection and stereo provide entertainment! The dining room is furnished with a table and sufficient chairs (a highchair is available). The open form invites you to a cozy chat. The gallery under the roof invites you to a quiet reading or music lesson with its cozy sofas. The outdoor area includes a wooden terrace with garden and barbecue facilities, a large table with chairs and garden loungers for summer relaxation. Garage and a parking space belong to the house Guest access A large garden with a grill for shared use is available, and a terrace for a glass of wine in the evening or a shared breakfast is also part of the house. Other things to note Rental prices 2 - 4 people EUR 120 per night, each additional person EUR 15 For short stays of 1 - 3 days, a surcharge of EUR 100 will be charged.
