Idyllically located vacation home with approx. 80 m² of living space directly on Lake Pilsen with private lake access, jetty (only built from spring to fall) and real wood sauna - a small paradise in every season! The space Living on two levels: The combined living and sleeping room on the upper floor is flooded with light through the window front with extensive panoramic lake views and west orientation. Ideal for admiring the often spectacular sunsets or autumn storms. On the lower level, there is a cozily furnished kitchen and a bedroom with access to the terrace and garden with private lakeside and jetty. In addition, there is a real wood sauna and a bathroom with a bathtub. Due to the idyllic lakeside location in the middle of the vacation area southwest of Munich, the vacation home is a jewel in every season. Sauna and lake guarantee recreation and relaxation all year round together with the appealing furnishings. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous natural areas that invite you to walk, hike and cycle (hiking and cycling guides are available!). The connection to Munich is guaranteed by the S-Bahn [suburban train] 3 km away and the Alps with the Munich local mountains as well as various excursion destinations in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps can be reached in short car journeys (Nymphenburg Palace, Neuschwanstein Castle, Andechs Monastery, Skyline Park, Garmisch, several gorges, numerous museums, excellent gastronomy, ...). In spring, summer and autumn, the house is particularly suitable for swimming, sunbathing, water sports (SUPs and a boat can be rented from the landlord), barbecue and fire pit evenings, as well as for hiking and biking. In the colder season, the combination of sauna and the refreshing lake is captivating, while the panoramic window sets the impressive autumn storms in scene. The first ski, snowshoeing and sledding areas can be reached in less than an hour by car and there are several ponds for ice skating in the immediate vicinity. The warm ambiance of the studio house is also perfect for cozy evenings with candlelight, a book and the scent of freshly baked cookies from the well-equipped kitchen.
