While we take all reasonable measures to minimize insects, sightings—particularly in outdoor areas or entry points—may happen from time to time. This is a normal part of living in Australia and does not indicate a cleanliness issue. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for the presence of insects unless there is a severe, unresolved issue reported during your stay.
