Privacy guaranteed!   The property has been renovated with quality materials and furnishings, thus giving a charming Mediterranean-style atmosphere.   The garden unfolds into several well-designed areas, making it particularly appealing.        The villa has air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living room. There is a single bedroom with a fan. The Villa is distributed on the garden level, as we access the villa through the independent kitchen with access to the terrace. The kitchen communicates with the living-dining room. A corridor-distributor leads us to a modern bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, a suite with its complete bathroom and a single bedroom, both with wardrobes. Going outside through the terrace with naya, a staircase leads to a bright independent room at the top of the villa with two beds, private bathroom with shower, cable TV, wifi and a practical terrace with solarium with wonderful views of the sea and Montgo. The villa has a closed garage for one car and parking outside the house without problems as it is located in a very quiet residential area.
