Comercio Square and Baixa quarter are about 15 minutes walking distance. Area is well served with buses and Santa Apolonia metro station is less then 10 minutes away. Renovation was complete and carefully accomplished: pre-existing old materials were incorporated with the new, adding personality to the apartment.
