The space At the crossroads of the Monts du Lyonnais, Monts du Forez and Beaujolais, for your holidays with family or friends, our gîte can accommodate 10 to 15 people, offering 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and separate toilet. The house has a large living room with a very well-equipped kitchen and a lounge/TV area. A large terrace with bioclimatic pergola and barbecue area are adjacent to the house. It is an old house that is naturally cool in summer even during a heat wave. For the coldest days, the vacation rental has a wood-burning stove in the living room in addition to central heating. In the heart of the countryside, a perfect place to relax while admiring an exceptional view of the Monts du Lyonnais. Our accommodation, completely independent, is ideal for organizing family parties, birthdays, cousins' reunions, internships or seminars. Other things to note Upon arrival, I ask for a security deposit of €300 that I do not cash and that I return within one week of the stay after finding no material damage.
