Guest access Access to the whole property, garden and driveway Other things to note We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay: 🕓 Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request, but is not guaranteed. 🧍‍♂️ The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification. 🚫 No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting, and we ask all guests to respect that. 🚭 No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 🐾 Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture. ✨ No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee. 🔑 Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs. 🔌 🔌 EV Charging Available We have an EV charger available on-site. Charging is offered at a flat rate of £10 per day. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring an electric vehicle so we can make sure the charger is available and accessible.
